INTRODUCTION
These terms and conditions govern your use of all Divers Down Sports LLC products. When purchasing any of our products, you accept these terms and conditions in full. If you disagree with these terms and conditions or any part of these terms and conditions, you must not use the website to purchase any said product.
Any user of our website eShop must be at least 18 years of age. By using our website and by agreeing to our terms and conditions, you warrant and represent that you are at least 18 years of age.
Our eShop uses cookies. By using our website and agreeing to our terms and conditions, you consent to Divers Down Sports LLC’s use of cookies in accordance with the terms of Divers Down Sports LLC’s Privacy Policy.
CONTRACTUAL PARTNER
Any user of our website must be at least 18 years of age. By using our website and by agreeing to our terms and conditions, you warrant and represent that you are at least 18 years of age. The contract is concluded between Divers Down Sports LLC and you.
OFFER AND CONTRACT CLOSING
By ordering one or more products on our website, you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age and accept our general terms and conditions. Divers Down Sports LLC will send you a confirmation of your order by email. This confirmation does not constitute acceptance of your order as no contract for the purchase of the selected goods will be formed until we receive and proof your payment. Divers Down Sports LLC reserves the right to cancel or decline any order without giving further details.
PRICES AND SHIPPING FEES
All prices are clearly shown on our website in AED. Prices can be changed frequently. The valid prices for each order are based on the moment the order has been placed. Prices are shown as follow:
For orders being shipped to countries outside of the United Arab Emirates, no VAT and no sales tax will be included in the product prices you see on our website and you will not be charged any taxes by us. However your packages may be subject to the customs fees and import duties of the country to which your order is shipped to. So the courier will charge you any taxes or customs directly. As taxes and customs may also depend on product category as well as declared amount, we are not able to provide you with any further details. We would recommend you to consult your local Customs office, which will happily assist you with further information.
Divers Down Sports LLC alerts to annul order for products with wrong and/or obviously surreal prices although this orders might have been accepted primarily.
Divers Down Sport LLC offers a great range of items, most of them are in stock but some (example: O2ptima) have to be ordered on demand.
In case Divers Down Sports LLC has to withdraw an item because it has become obsolete or has been discontinued, you will be informed directly. If Divers Down Sports LLC can offer any similar item you will directly receive the proposal which you can accept or if not, cancel the item/order for a refund of the paid product price.
Divers Down Sports LLC will NOT deal or provide any services or products to any of OFAC (Office of Foreign Assets Control) sanctions countries in accordance with the law of UAE.
Divers Down Sports LLC does not accept any liability for any delay or no further availability of ordered products.
PAYMENT
We offer several payment methods, all of them are assured by PAYFORT, who guarantees the security of your payments. Our main payment methods are Credit Card, Debit Card and bank transfer. Please keep in mind that offered payment methods may vary by the country of destination. Once all items have been added to the basket and you already selected the courier, all available payment methods for your destination country will be shown.
We accept payments online using visa and mastercard credit / debit cards in AED.
RESERVATION OF OWNERSHIP
Any order has to be paid in advance before we can proceed any further. Please keep in mind before selecting bank transfer as your payment method, that your bank will charge you an international transfer fee as well as it might take several working days for us to receive your payment. As long as we have not received your payment correctly, any item is still in Divers Downs Sports LLC’s absolute ownership.
RETURNS
Divers Down Sports LLC gives you the right to return your purchased item/s without having to give a reason, at any time within 30 days beginning on the day after you received the goods. You can return any item within 30 days, as long as the item/s is/are in perfect conditions (unused, with labels, in original packaging). Please keep in mind, that any customized items (as for example: Dry Suits, gloves, Regulators, etc.) cannot be returned or exchanged. We only ask you to please log in to MY ACCOUNT and follow our instructions when clicking on RETURNS.
REFUNDS
Refunds will only be done through the original mode of payment.
WARRANTY
As an official retailer, all our offered items are covered by a manufacturer’s warranty. We offer guarantee service by collecting the affected item/s at our cost and resend them to the manufacturer as well as process all further handling. If a fabrication defect is recognized by the manufacturer, all the generated shipment costs, both for the return shipment as for the shipment of the replaced or repaired item, are at our expense. We reserve the right to refuse the exchange of an item in case the returned item doesn’t arrive in the conditions indicated in our returns policy. So once we receive any answer regarding your case, we will be able to act immediately as indicated by the brand. You will be informed directly by us if the guarantee has been accepted and if so, if the manufacturer will repair or replace the item.

We put a lot of time and effort into describing and photographing the products we sell using manufacturer´s Websites, catalogues, our own photography studio and often our own descriptions of the products. Although we aim that every picture and description is 100% accurate, mistakes do occur so let us know if you see or read something that isn´t correct. If you have purchased something based on a picture or description on the Websites which turns out to be incorrect we will be happy to replace or refund the product (unused).
